Justin Fletcher, BA, MA, PhD, MBE, and RSVP (born June 15th, 1970 in Reading, England) is the voice actor for Jake and Doodles in the Tweenies. He has also voiced some characters that come and go in the show like, Eddie the dream genie (Show in 'Jungle Adventure' and 'Night-Time Magic') and Sparky the electrician (Shown in 'Max Blows a fuse').
