'Jungle Adventure' - Tweenies

Jungle Adventure is a direct-to-video special that serves as the series finale which was released on October 25th, 2004.

Plot[]

Fizz and Bella want to be pop stars, and Milo and Jake want to be jungle explorers, but how can they make their dreams come true? Max has an idea, they should conjure up Eddie the Dream Genie! Eddie's song and knocking knees magic the Tweenies to the Jingle Jangle Jungle where every plant and animal is supposed to make their own music, but there's no jangle in the jungle and the animals they meet are all very glum! There's the guitarist tiger, Rocking T, Crocker, the saxophone-playing crocodile, Monkey, the drummer, and Little Elephant with her trumpeting trunk. They all want to play their instruments in the jungle band but the mysterious Music Maker won't let them.

The Tweenies are determined to help their new animal friends, and guided by fun loving Eddie they unravel the mysteries and strive to bring the jingle back to the jungle.

  • This direct-to-video special was filmed in 2003.
  • Production for Tweenies wrapped after this special was filmed, making this special the last to feature the voices of Emma Weaver, Bob Golding, Colleen Daley, Justin Fletcher and Sinead Rushe as Bella, Milo, Fizz, Jake, Doodles, Max, Judy and Izzles respectively.
  • The Tweenies act like they don't know who Eddie the Dream Genie is although they first met him in Night-Time Magic, the previous special.
  • Throughout the entire series of Tweenies, Jake mentions he has an older brother, but in this special he tells Milo that he doesn't have a brother.
  • The mysterious Music Maker puppet used in that episode was first used in Television and Lost Your Smile? episodes as Naughty Arnold.
  • This is the last appearances of Eddie the Dream Genie, Bella, Milo, Fizz, Jake, Doodles, Max, Judy and Izzles.
